Our mussels, in particular, are collected in the Galician Rías, hanging from specific and traditional wood structures called “Bateas”. We are very proud of it, since this is a well-known area around the world due to the ideal conditions of its waters.

In fact, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations has declared the Galician Rías as one of the richest in the planet in regards to the quality and volume of phytoplankton, the main nourishment of the Galician mussel.
