Ingredients:
- 2 crisps
- 2 anchovies from Conservas BayMar
- 2 green anchovy-filled olives or black olives from Conservas BayMar
- BayMar appetiser sauce
Preparation:
- We select a crisp as the base of our montadito
- We lay horizontally an anchovy on top of the crisp
- And we crown it with a BayMar olive on top of the anchovy
- At last, we sprinkle a few drops of BayMar appetiser sauce over the montadito and enjoy it!
- Optional: get a recipient ready with more anchovies, crisps and olives in case we want to have some more, so we can put it together on the spot
