At Conservas BayMar we have a range of gourmet sardines we select according to the season and area of fishing, since those two factors are influential in the quality of its flesh.
Once the best catches are selected, cut up, beheaded and cleaned up, they’re put in preservation in olive oil. We also offer sardines in olive oil with a spicy touch, for all those that like strong and innovative flavours.
