Ingredients:
- A baguette
- Eggs
- Conservas BayMar delicacies in garlic
- Chilli peppers
- Olive oil
- Salt
Preparation:
- Put a frying pan on the stove and pour some oil in it, enough so it covers the bottom of it.
- When it is hot we put in the Conservas BayMar delicacies in garlic and the chilli peppers. We stir everything and wait 2 minutes so all the ingredients mix well.
- Then we break open the eggs directly into the pan. Note: when making scrambled eggs it is better to break open the eggs into the pan like this, rather than scramble them beforehand.
- We swirl the eggs a few times, along with the delights of the chili and chilli. And before they’re completely solid we take it all off the pan. Their own heat finishes cooking the eggs.
- Optional: we can sprinkle some parsley on it and, ready to eat!
