Ingredients:
- 1 pizza base
- A jar of Conservas BayMar Piquillo peppers from Lodosa
- 50 grams of onion
- 100 grams of mushrooms
- 50 grams of sweetcorn
- 100 grams of mozzarella
- A pinch of oregano
- A pinch of ground black pepper
- A drizzle of olive oil
Preparation:
- We flatten the pizza dough with a rolling pin (we can buy it already made or make it at home) and we place it, carefully so that it does not break, in a mould.
- We mix the tomato with the pepper and oregano and put it on the pizza base.
- We add the ingredients in this order: mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, corn, pepper strips, onion and a splash of oil.
- We preheat the oven 10 minutes to 200º.
- We bake the pizza at 220º for about 15 minutes, until we see that the base is crisp and the cheese has melted.
