Vegetarian pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza base
  • A jar of Conservas BayMar Piquillo peppers from Lodosa
  • 50 grams of onion
  • 100 grams of mushrooms
  • 50 grams of sweetcorn
  • 100 grams of mozzarella
  • A pinch of oregano
  • A pinch of ground black pepper
  • A drizzle of olive oil

Preparation:

  1. We flatten the pizza dough with a rolling pin (we can buy it already made or make it at home) and we place it, carefully so that it does not break, in a mould.
  2. We mix the tomato with the pepper and oregano and put it on the pizza base.
  3. We add the ingredients in this order: mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, corn, pepper strips, onion and a splash of oil.
  4. We preheat the oven 10 minutes to 200º.
  5. We bake the pizza at 220º for about 15 minutes, until we see that the base is crisp and the cheese has melted.
