Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- A jar of Conservas BayMar Piquillo peppers from Lodosa
- Natural tomato
- Garlic
- Oil and salt
Preparation:
- We start by putting some oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- While the oil is heating up, we chop the garlic.
- We pour the garlic into the pan, once the oil is hot.
- We cut up the peppers into pieces and when the garlic is already golden, pour them into the pan.
- When the peppers are almost done, we add the tomato sauce and a little salt. We let the tomato sauce reduce a little.
- Then we beat the eggs and pour them into the pan gradually as we remove.
- We continue stirring until the eggs have curdled.
- We plate it and can add a little parsley to add a touch of elegance to the dish.
