Scrambled eggs with Piquillo peppers

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • A jar of Conservas BayMar Piquillo peppers from Lodosa
  • Natural tomato
  • Garlic
  • Oil and salt

Preparation:

  1. We start by putting some oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. While the oil is heating up, we chop the garlic.
  3. We pour the garlic into the pan, once the oil is hot.
  4. We cut up the peppers into pieces and when the garlic is already golden, pour them into the pan.
  5. When the peppers are almost done, we add the tomato sauce and a little salt. We let the tomato sauce reduce a little.
  6. Then we beat the eggs and pour them into the pan gradually as we remove.
  7. We continue stirring until the eggs have curdled.
  8. We plate it and can add a little parsley to add a touch of elegance to the dish.
