Tuna pizza with black olives

Ingredients:

  • 250g pizza dough
  • 75g tomato sauce with basil
  • Oregano
  • 50g of Conservas BayMar tuna in olive oil
  • 4 Conservas BayMar anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea
  • 1 handful of Conservas BayMar black olives
  • 75g of mozzarella
  • 50g of Emmental cheese
  • 50g of raclette cheese

Preparation:

  1. We can buy the pizza dough already made or make it ourselves, whichever one prefers.
  2. We stretch the pizza dough with a rolling pin or with our own hands and place it on an oven platter.
  3. On the dough we will place the tomato sauce (we can use conventional fried tomato sauce) and add the fresh basil.
  4. We sprinkle the oregano over the tomato sauce.
  5. We place the different cheeses on the dough.
  6. When we have the dough ready, we’ll turn on the oven and preheat it for 10 minutes at 200º.
  7. We bake the pizza at 220º for about 15 minutes. We remove the pizza from the oven and place the shredded tuna, black olives and anchovies on top. We put the raw ingredients so that they taste more and are not too salty.
  8. We will let it rest for a few minutes before serving. The end result will be a restaurant pizza!
